The Ideal Candidate: To be successful in this role, you must have 7 years of experience in procurement with at least 3 years in a corporate environment. Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus. You should possess strong leadership skills, ability to manage and develop talent, and exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Additionally, you should be able to directly negotiate, manage, and enforce contracts with limited support. Knowledge of SAP ERP and related systems, including SAP Ariba, is a plus.
