What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Nurse Manager position at Lamoille County Mental Health Services?
Job Summary
This position coordinates medication delegation, monitoring, and training of various staff in medication administration. It does provide an array of services for people who experience symptoms of physical and behavioral illness in need of medication supports and crisis, and to document these services according to accepted business and clinical standards and state regulations. The RN in this position works daily with the LCMHS psychiatric provider group and with the Manager of residential care to ensure effective and high quality medical services are provided.

Education/Experience
Required: BSN and 2-4 years of experience
Preferred: BSN and 5-7 years of experience in inpatient psychiatry/medical units and or community based care.
License/Certifications
Required: VT Nursing License
Preferred: Certificate in Psychiatric Nursing
