Summary of position
Responsible for the overall management for the Dietary Services department. Follows the resident care plan for nutritional meals according to the physician orders. Supervises the dietary personnel ensuring Federal/State regulatory compliance and adherence to center policies and procedures.
Required Education and Experience
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- High volume food preparation experience
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft products
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Associates degree in related field
- Experience in industrial food production preferred
- Post-acute care or health care experience preferred
