WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As an Office Admin / Receptionist, you are responsible for being the first point of contact for our company. You offer customer service and administrative support to create a great impression on clients through your warm and friendly demeanor. Coordinating front-desk activities, you distribute correspondence, redirect phone calls, take messages, handle customer inquiries, keep accurate records, and make arrangements. Your administrative support extends throughout all departments as you assist with the necessary paperwork and support the HR director. You provide travel support by assisting with hotel or flight arrangements and car rentals to ensure smooth travel experiences for designated staff. As a reliable and hardworking individual, you feel good about using your skills to help us stay efficient!

- 1 years of experience with answering phones, emails, etc.
- Experience with CRM systems (like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- MS Office Suite and Google Workspace experience
- Self-starter who can work independently and stay on top of regular work duties
Bilingual skills, bookkeeping, invoicing, and credit/debit entry are all a plus!
