What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equipment Sales position at Land and Coates, Inc.?
Equipment Sales people are experts of retail product lines available to customers in a retail location. An Equipment Sales person is responsible for greeting customers, assisting them with questions and closing sales deals.
- Serve as internal and external expert for assigned product lines
- Work directly with customers by phone, in person, and via email, with timely management and follow up on potential sales leads to close sales deals
- Work independently while proactively building business relationships with customers
- Make suitable product suggestions to customers, offer different alternatives in their preferred choice of product and provide timely, relevant solutions
- Extensive knowledge of outdoor power and landscaping equipment and/or rental and light construction equipment a plus
- Strong track record of consistent success producing new accounts and expanding existing account relationships
Sales training is provided
Work hours: Mon – Fri 8am to 5pm
Saturday 8am to 2pm (Seasonally)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
