Landall Restoration, LLC is a full-service restoration company specializing in water damage, mold remediation, fire & smoke damage, and storm events. We are located in Tacoma, Washington, and service the surrounding communities.
Responsibilities
- Obtain a complete scope of work through verbal communications, mobile apps, and internal software systems.
- Document damage on moisture mapping software
- Remove standing water from the affected area using extraction methods.
- Set up appropriate amounts of equipment to dry the structure.
- Remove affected building materials when deemed non-salvageable
- Communicates all job requirements, including but not limited to job schedules, work plans, equipment usage, hazardous conditions and safety procedures, damage control procedures, job site layout, and emergency procedures
- Complete and forward all necessary paperwork as directed
- Communicate with customers and their insurance agents, other contractors, subcontractors, and team members as required
- Comply with company policy and procedural guidelines
- Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimal one year of Restoration Experience
- IICRC Certified; WRT and AHERA Certified
- Experienced with industry software, including Symbility, MICA, and DASH (preferred)
- Driven to perform quality work, effectively working independently and within a team
- Positive can-do attitude, hardworking, self-motivated, and energetic
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Customer Relations skills, internal and external
- Strong communication skills; verbal and written
- Flexible availability, including on-call rotation for emergency services, weekends, and some nights.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Pass a background check, clean driving record

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
