Qualifications:
- HCSS and CPM scheduling Experience: Essential for success in our fast-paced environment.
- 10 Years in Heavy Civil Construction: Demonstrating a solid foundation in the industry.

- Experience Managing Employees: A proven track record of leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary for timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
- Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates on project status.
