Purchasing Agent
Landmark Homes located in Windsor, CO, is looking to add to our team by hiring an experienced Purchasing Agent. This person is responsible for assisting with bidding, purchase order maintenance, and tracking cost variations. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
General Responsibilities:
- Bidding and purchase order maintenance of structural trades
- Communication with trade partners and vendors.
- Provide support to Purchasing team and Field Staff as needed, which may include trips into the field as necessary.
- Follow the company’s best practices.
