Position Overview
We are looking for an Operations Administrator to support the daily operations of our company. This position requires you to excel in a fast paced environment, while keeping things running like clockwork. We are searching for the right candidate that is highly organized, but also brings a fresh, engaging energy to our team. In this role, you'll be a go-to person for keeping operations on track, all while staying cool under pressure. We cant wait to see you bring your talents to life as you grow with us and help us cultivate beautiful outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Administrative support by receiving, processing and verifying Accounts Payable and purchase orders
- Managing time reporting, material tracking and project data
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies
- Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Receiving and care for plant material in our green nursery
- Providing administrative and field support to other departments or projects as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid and in good standing State of Wisconsin Drivers license
- Degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience as an Operations Administrator or in a similar position preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
Salary : $18 - $25
