We are currently looking for a Loan Processor to join the Landmark team. Here are all the details :
POSITION SUMMARY
Entry level position that is responsible for preparation and delivery of standardized Retail and Commercial loan documents.
This position assures accuracy and compliance with bank policy, laws and compliance regulations and assists lenders and banking assistants with questions relating to documentation, lien perfection and delivery of loans.
Additional duties include assisting the Care Center, Lenders and other employees with questions as well as customers as needed.
WHO YOU ARE
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in loan documentation processing or underwriting preferred
- Strong organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word and ability to use proprietary software
- Detailed oriented with ability to multi-task
- Skills necessary to work independently
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Responsible for preparation and delivery of loan documents as requested by loan officers.
- Assists loan officers and assistants with questions related to loan documentation.
