What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Escrow Officer position at LANDMARK TITLE?

Minimum: 4 years escrow experience
IMPACT Experience Preferred
Escrow Duties:
- Receive purchase contracts/escrow instructions and assist in the preparation of the transaction for closing by receipting earnest money funds, entering data, and ordering title reports
- Assist in preparing transactions for upcoming closings by reviewing title reports for accuracy, clearing title report requirements, and providing documentation for the completion of the transaction and loan processing
- Provide updates and answer inquiries from sellers, buyers, agents, and lenders
- Be able to prepare escrow documents
- Prepare and balance closing statements
- Sign Customers/ Both Buyer and Seller documents.
- Additional tasks/duties may be assigned to support the department's goals.
