What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Associate/Cashier position at Landon's Greenhouse?
Overview
We are seeking individuals that are willing to learn and be a part of the Landon's Store team. The ideal candidates should have some retail/cash handling experience and be ready to help customers with anything they need. As a Landon's Store Associate, duties will include daily cleaning and restocking, answering questions about chemicals, soils, and plants, and be able to work as a team or independently.
Responsibilities
- Be able to lift 50 lbs. for lifting pottery, statuary, fountains etc...
- Restocking merchandise neatly and thoroughly.
- Utilize POS systems for transaction processing.
- Communicate effectively with team members as well as answering a variety of questions that customers may have.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Displaying merchandise cohesively that looks pleasing to the eye.
- Willing to learn about plants and more!
