Director of Marketing

Landscape Workshop, a rapidly growing, dynamic company backed by Carousel Capital Partners, is seeking a Director of Marketing. The successful candidate will lead the marketing initiatives of Landscape Workshop by developing high-quality content resources, managing and growing marketing programs, measuring results, and recommending changes to the program to improve outcomes. This individual will also manage Requests for Proposals by Landscape Workshop prospects. This role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer, and with the CRO, will be responsible for overseeing LWs digital presence and strategy. Specific responsibilities of this role include: Manage the Request for Proposal process, ensure the Marketing team is meeting deadlines and creating a crisp, professional response to all RFPs Manage all internal collateral for operations, recruiting, and other departments as needed. Includes understanding needs, conceptualizing piece, and working with Graphic Designer to produce needed pieces Work with our outside vendors to keep our website current and search engine optimized; report monthly on impact of SEO efforts Develop and contribute to blog regularly and identify new content opportunities Manage LWs digital presence, including social media management, creation of blog posts, and monthly reporting Create and implement email marketing campaigns to market to prospect and existing customer segments Support business development team by providing sales data, presentation materials, and lead distribution Create and distribute internal communications for Landscape Workshop employees, including the monthly newsletter, meeting surveys, and employee engagement survey Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receiptMaintain memberships in specified trade organizations; Organize participation in events and trade showsManage freelancer relationships and ensure project deadlines and quality standards are metAct as a Landscape Workshop brand ambassador and uphold all core values Experience Requirements: 4 years of: Marketing experience, specifically in the B2B space.Direct experience with digital marketing, SEO and website optimization, and social media management.Management of budget, inventory control and product creation.Experience with proposal creation and heavy sales team support.Creative writing skills for blog creation, internal and external communications and marketing campaigns. Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related degree.Will also consider Bachelor's Degree and direct marketing experience.
