LCSW/LMHC

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health counseling and support to individuals, particularly those with disabilities. This role involves conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques. The LCSW will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care while adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide behavioral therapy and psychotherapy to clients, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patients with disabilities and their families, including crisis intervention and community care.
• Engage in clinical research to enhance therapeutic practices and improve patient outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications

• State of Florida LCSW/LMHC “REQUIRED”
• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited college
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
