LRSS is seeking people for our Direct Support Professional team who believe that everyone deserves the chance to live a rich, full life.
We are looking for experienced, reliable, friendly people to work with adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities in Langley Residential's group homes and community support program.
In addition to being a caring, hard-working individual with a passion for helping others, qualified candidates for this position must:
- Be self directed with a superior work ethic
- Be self motivated
- Be experienced in providing skills training
- Be able to document activities and outcomes of individuals accurately
- Successfully complete a pre-employment screening, such as a background check, drug test, and reference verification
- Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
