Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience while efficiently handling reservations and guest inquiries.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, assisting callers with questions and directing calls appropriately.
- Conduct the night audit process by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring all records are accurate for accounting purposes.
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Maintain security protocols at the front desk during overnight shifts, including monitoring access to the property and safeguarding guest information.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating guest records using hotel management software.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality management and guest relations, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting; previous night audit experience is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
