MHT (Full-Time)

Skills/ Experience Required:

• Knowledgeable in the areas of: Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, and/or related Human Services field as they relate to Outreach Coordination.
• MHT Certification preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience working with adults with serious emotional disturbances.
• Be knowledgeable of and comply with State Federal Statues, Rules, and Policies that affect the target population as it relates to Outreach Coordination.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Strong ability to work well with a multimodal and multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrist, licensed psychotherapists, case managers, and support staff.
• Ability and willingness to work closely with diverse populations, as well as emotionally disturbed adults and their families.
• Ability to work on flexible schedule.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong documentation skills, English required.
• Able to utilize Word and Excel.
• Able to demonstrate emotional skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and must have a valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Must have Active CPR (BLS) Certification.
