Qualifications:
- Master's Degree from an accredited university with a degree in counseling, social work, psychology.
- At least two years of experience working with adults with serious emotional disturbances.
- Strong organizational, communication, emotional intelligence, and customer service skills.
- Able to manage stress, make decisions under pressure, multi-task, and work independently.
- Good knowledge of HIPPA, Mental Health Services, and of community resources available for mental health and substance abuse population.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
