Minimum Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of employment
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- BLS certification required
- CPI certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and documenting patient symptoms and medical history
- Developing and implementing nursing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Educating patients and their families on disease prevention and management
- Documents patient effectiveness of nursing care.
- Participates in formulating, maintaining, modifying, and evaluating an individualized age specific problem based on the patient’s assessed needs.
