What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at Las Vegas Lights FC?
Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing the club’s strategy and day-to-day functions across all marketing verticals, including both digital and physical advertising, direct-to-consumer communications, event activations, SEO optimization, retail, and more.
The position reports directly to the club’s Director of Communications & Content.
Primary Responsibilities
· Execute the club’s day-to-day marketing strategy across all verticals.
· Run effective digital marketing campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms while delivering on ROAS goals.
· Manage physical marketing campaigns, including billboards, radio/TV advertising, and other traditional pathways.
· Assist in managing the club’s retail and e-commerce presence.
· Execute the club’s direct-to-consumer marketing communications, including weekly marketing emails, app notifications, and SMS marketing.
· Drive SEO optimization on the club’s website while managing day-to-day maintenance and page updates/builds.
· Manage a grassroots events calendar and activate in-person events with a focus on lead generation, database growth, and brand awareness.
· Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related field.
· Proven history with digital marketing strategies and execution.
· Proficiency with relevant platforms, including email marketing systems (i.e., Mailchimp), website maintenance (Wordpress), and digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
· Must be flexible and available to work evenings and/or weekend, nights, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bilingual or multilingual skills.
· Experience working in the soccer, sports, and/or entertainment industry.
