As a Corporate Technical Recruiter , you will manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles and additional corporate functions, ensuring a seamless hiring experience from sourcing to offer acceptance. You'll play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline while collaborating with hiring managers and leadership.
Corporate Technical Recruiter Responsibilities :
- Manage 8-15 requisitions at a time, primarily in IT, with flexibility to support HR, finance, value-based care, purchasing, and SGA roles
- Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CRM, ATS (ICMS and Workday), and other platforms
- Conduct first-round interviews and coordinate meetings with hiring leaders
- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including Katie (direct report), CHRO Paul, and Jordan (IT recruitment lead)
- Work onsite at least once per week, with additional onsite presence for interviews as needed
- Provide consultative recruitment expertise, particularly when working with strong-willed leaders and delivering constructive feedback
