LIS Technologies Inc. (LIST) a USA based, proprietary developer of a patented advanced laser technology, making use of infrared lasers to selectively excite the molecules of desired isotopes to separate them from other isotopes. The Laser Isotope Separation Technology (L.I.S.T) has a huge range of applications, including being the only USA-origin and patented laser uranium enrichment company, and several major advantages over traditional methods such as gas diffusion, centrifuges, and prior art laser enrichment. The LIST proprietary laser-based process is more energy-efficient and has the potential to be deployed with highly competitive capital and operational costs. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in our gorgeous newly renovated facility for a Director of Human Resources located in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. For the right candidate we are open to relocation. NO REMOTE WORKING. The Director of Human Resources will oversee HR policies, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and handle performance management. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, supporting employee development, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies
Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management
Thorough understanding of Labor and Employment Law
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage tasks independently
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
