Compensation: $40-$51/ patient hour; based on experience; quarterly bonuses based on performance

We are seeking a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist with demonstrated skills in marketing to join our team and help expand our reach in the community.
Job Summary
As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you’ll deliver individualized, evidence-based care during one-on-one hour-long sessions, focusing entirely on patient needs. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in growing our practice through marketing efforts and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in hour-long, one-on-one sessions.
• Create and implement customized treatment plans tailored to patient goals and needs.
• Utilize advanced techniques such as [dry needling, manual therapy, and injury prevention strategies].
• Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and optimizing performance.
• Collaborate on marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, patient testimonials, and clinic branding.
• Represent the clinic in the community through events, workshops, and outreach programs.
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes.
Qualifications
• Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Current state license as a Physical Therapist in Colorado.
Certifications:
◦ Functional Dry Needling certification (required).
◦ CPR certification (required).
Skills:
◦ Strong manual therapy skills and a passion for personalized care.
◦ Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
◦ Experience or interest in marketing, with a willingness to contribute to clinic growth.

Duties/Expectations:
3-Month Performance Expectations
• Minimum of 120 treatment visits/month (approx. 6 patients/day)
• Participate in 1 monthly networking or community outreach event
•Maintain 90% patient satisfaction rate
•Attend weekly meetings and complete notes on time
•Actively engage in clinical mentorship (weekly/monthly meetings)
