Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise: Proficient in camera systems, security systems, and access control. Must possess strong knowledge in low voltage wiring and terminations.
Independent Work: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and self-direction.
Team Management Potential: Willingness to progress to managing a team as the company grows. This involves training, supervising, and leading a team effectively.
Client Relations and Estimations: Assist in gathering information for estimates and maintaining positive client relationships.
