What are the responsibilities and job description for the International Trade Associate Attorney position at Lateral Link?
Lateral Link is assisting an elite AmLaw firm and repeat client seeking an International Trade associate or counsel with experience handling export controls matters.
The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of relevant experience from a peer firm.
There is a particular emphasis on the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”).
This is an excellent opportunity for an associate who seeks a leaner staffed group and more hands-on experience.
This is a client facing role and the associate will not be behind the scenes.
The associate/counsel will not just be a biller - the team is seeking someone who knows the work and also wants to expand their skillset.
The group is collaborative and collegial.
Lastly, this group is more lenient on the hybrid work policy.
