What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patent Litigation Associate position at Lateral Link?
I am working with an elite, high tech focused patent litigation group looking for a mid-level associate with significant PTAB/IPR experience.
A degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, physics, or EE is preferred.
Associates with EITHER litigation OR prosecution experience are welcome to be considered. If you have only prosecution experience but want to transition to litigation, this is a unique opportunity with guaranteed work and transition.
Salary bonus is top of the market and location can be in a variety of offices, including Washington, DC and anywhere on the west coast.
