As the Residential Manager, you will provide on-site support and monitoring of all policies and procedures related to direct care services to individuals in the residences. Provide supervision of the staff and the residences to ensure a positive, healthy, and safe living and working environment for the individuals.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Have the ability to handle children/ individuals in crisis safely, and with compassion.
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and one-year supervisory experience.
- Five years ‘experience in residential treatment, with a minimum of one year supervisory experience

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 8a-4p
Location: Wareham, MA
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a positive and safe living/work environment for individuals and staff by
administration of any risk management issues.
- Coordinate housekeeping duties and chores to ensure a clean and healthy homelike environment.
- Manage the residential budget in all areas including food purchasing, petty cash
- Responsible for timely payroll reporting.
- Personnel management of direct care, case management, and vocational staff with
evaluations.
- Coordination and scheduling of program staff to ensure required ratios are met,
- Support all functions that attain and maintain accreditation standards and/or
ratio/schedules, staff training, behavior management plans, quarterly and annual
ISP reports, etc.
- Coordinate and document mthe edical needs and services of individuals.
- Oversee ISP service planning and related documentation.
- Ensure clinical and medical files within the home are maintained, ensuring they
- Document and record outcome measurement data for residential program through
- Facilitate and maintain positive, effective relationships with parents/guardians,
- Provide after-hours on-call emergency support and staffing coverage for the
- Facilitate and document regular staff meetings and supervision.
- Provide crisis intervention when needed, and identify and implement proactive
- Ensure appropriate Therap GER documentation for all incidents and HCSIS
- Maintain working knowledge of all crisis management, safety plans and
- All other work-related duties as assigned by the program director.
