Job Summary:
We are looking for a Bilingual Warehouse Manager (Spanish–English) to lead daily warehouse operations. This role requires someone who can communicate clearly with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members, manage workflow, and maintain a safe, organized environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff — must be able to communicate in Spanish & English
- Manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and perform regular audits
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
- Improve warehouse layout, processes, and efficiency
- Work closely with operations and logistics teams to meet company goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) — REQUIRED
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in both languages
- Ability to lift/move materials as needed
