What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Attorney position at Latitude Legal?

Experience with subscription agreements, PPMs, and OMs for developers that are developing capital is also required. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with corporate and/or tax matters, excellent communication skills and attention to detail, and an ability to effectively advise with confidence. No book of business required.
