Overview
Pay is by flat rate per hour, utilizing the recommended time per job is what you will get compensated for , (if it calls for 3 hours to change the water pump, then 3 hours is what you get paid for. either or you finish it in or past 3 hours.)

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, ensuring optimal performance, and providing excellent customer service. The Technician will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment according to established standards and procedures.
• Utilize schematics and logic controllers to troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or modifications.
• Use an Ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to assess equipment functionality.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.

Skills

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
• Experience with schematics and logic controllers is highly desirable.
• Ability to effectively supervise others while maintaining a collaborative work environment.
• Familiarity with using an Ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
