Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accounting professionals, ensuring smooth operations within the office. This role is crucial in maintaining efficient workflow and supporting our high standards of client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to accountants and other staff
- Manage and organize files, records, and documentation
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documents
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
