Position Title : FT Temporary Maintenance Assistant
Laurel Square Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a 87 bed long term care facility located in Philadelphia, PA. We are currently seeking an experienced Temporary Maintenance Assistant to join our team on a full time basis.
As a Maintenance Assistant the responsibilities will be :
- Implement maintenance systems to meet residents' needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements
- Implement a monitoring system for the maintenance department and make recommendations for implementation to assure compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
- Demonstrates competence in leadership, tactful interpersonal communication and problem solving.
- Notify supervisor when equipment is in need of repair.
- Notify supervisor when areas of the facility are in need of repair.
