Laurel Valley Motors is looking for an experienced full-time Automotive Salesperson to join our team in Latrobe, PA. This is a rare opportunity for the right individual due to our low Salesperson turnover! Franchise is Ram, Jeep, Dodge, and Chrysler. Experience preferred but not necessary. We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our quickly growing team. Our family-owned dealership offers health benefits, 401K, a great work atmosphere, and competitive pay.
Your job would consist of: Ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service, Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience, Willingness to learn and follow direction. Know product the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the new and used car inventory. Pay is commission based plus Bonus.' Salary can range to over $90,000 yearly based on commissions and sales ability. Schedule is 9-8 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 9-5 Weds and Friday, 9-4 Saturday with every Sunday off and 1 other day during the week.
Qualifications: Be organized, professional and courteous Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Possess phone skills for both employee and customer interactions. Have basic computer/iPhone/android skills. Training will be provided for necessary programs. Prior automotive sales experience required.
Mandatory Qualifications for this position: You MUST have a VALID PA Driver License and be able to drive legally to accept this position, A pre-employment background check and drug screening will be required along with reliable transportation to and from work.
