Midsized law firm of 130 attorneys located in Manhattan with a complex corporate practice group is seeking a M&A attorney for their growing practice. The right individual has 3-5 years of corporate experience, including M&A work with private and large public companies, private equity investors, auction deals and capital investments. Prior experience working on SPAC’s is a plus! Firm offers a flexible hybrid work policy, generous bonus programs, and proven mentorship with some of the top corporate partners in the NYC region, as well as a realistic path to partnership.
