The Law Offices of Bob Nehoray is a boutique law firm located in the San Fernando Valley, just a short distance from downtown Los Angeles. We are looking for someone to join our team to help us manage our Workers Compensation Department.
Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional person to join our growing team! We are looking for a Workers Compensation Hearing Representative who can also assist with managing and running our office.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Client communication via phone, text, and email
- Scheduling medical appointments for clients
- Communicating case status to clients
- Drafting and Proof-Reading general correspondence and court documents
- Management and Administrative
- Appearances before the WCAB
- Familiarity with EAMS
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience working specifically with Workers Comp Files.
- High Attention detail
- Organized
- Self starter - able to work with limited supervision
- Friendly and professional and flexible (working in a fast paced environment)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) - A plus but not required.
