Small and growing civil law firm seeks associate attorney for overflow work primarily involving personal injury matters and some other areas of civil practice.
PA and/or NJ bar licenses preferred.
Experience in civil litigation is not necessarily required. We will teach you on the job. What is important is an interest in civil litigation, reliability, attention to detail, ability to work as part of a small team, and the ability to listen and learn. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business. The associate will eventually handle all aspects of cases including intake, gathering medical records, client interaction, preparing demand packages, drafting complaints, motions, responsive pleadings, interrogatories, depositions, trial preparation and assisting with trials.
Salary range is based on experience and fit. This is an in-person position in Media, PA.
The position offers a private office, generous fee splitting for any cases that are brought in/generated to the firm. 2 weeks paid time off per year.
