Role Description
This is a full-time Associate Attorney position located on-site in Clifton, NJ. The Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel and representation to clients in a range of matters, prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts or pleadings, conduct legal research, and analyze legal issues. Responsibilities also include assisting with labor and employment law matters, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court or during mediation sessions while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation and knowledge in Commercial litigation.
- Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough Research.
- Exceptional Negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and pay attention to detail.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and member in good standing of the NJ Bar.
