Summary of Position:
You will work as part of an autonomous agile team to develop features and applications to meet the needs of your product area. We are looking for a methodical professional that bring expertise in testing, DevOps, database manipulation and other task to help the product team move software to production with the highest quality and value. This role requires a strong agile mindset.
Essential Functions:

- Ensure the output from the team meets the quality standards defined by the team.
- Help the Product Manager gather requirements by managing relationships with stakeholders and contributing to those conversations.
- Providing guidance on what to build and when to release to obtain as much value as possible, as early as possible
- Help the Agile team to plan and improve their ways of working through retrospectives and coaching the team in Agile Practices
- Ensure the work done by the team aligns with the wider business strategy
- Develop test cases, test plans and test strategy for team use
- Configure Test Complete for long term manageability
- Review test cases with team Product Manager
- Test execution (manual/automated) as well as defect management.
- Provide frank observations and recommendations to development team
- Create effective and efficient testing protocols to be used across all product lines
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role does not have people management responsibilities.
Position Type:
The LSAC standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. ET. While these are the standard office hours for LSAC, as an exempt employee, the employee will be expected to work the hours necessary to satisfactorily complete their assignments in a responsible and professional manner.
Travel:
No travel is expected for this position.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a remote and professional office environment. Whether remote or in-office, this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
