What are the responsibilities and job description for the Future Opening: Lawn Care Technician position at Lawn Doctor Batavia-Aurora?
- Fertilize lawns and apply other regulated pest control product to lawns, landscape beds, and trees and shrubs
- Aerate lawns
- Prepare and seed lawns
- Maintain the appearance of their assigned equipment and vehicles
- Interact respectfully and positively with customers, the public, and other Lawn Doctor technicians and employees
- Maintain necessary and proper communication with the office throughout the day
- Behave in a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times
- Be dependable, honest, and self-motivated
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate an enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Have an ability to operate machinery
- Have an ability to meet production goals
- Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
- Pass a drug test and background check.
