What are the responsibilities and job description for the Environmental Health Specialist position at Lawrence Douglas County Health Department?
The Environmental Health Specialist is a full-time position, which will be responsible for performing field inspections for the environmental health program and provide information to the public regarding environmental health, while enforcing sanitary code regulations and investigating health and sanitation complaints. On the job training will be provided to be able to conduct applicable inspections.
