Position: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Experienced Dental Assistant
Location: San Clemente, CA
Employment Type: Full-time (Flexible for the right candidate)
What You’ll Do
- Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure their comfort throughout
- Assist the dentist during exams and procedures using 4-handed dentistry techniques
- Take digital X-rays and impressions (intraoral scanner)
- Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness
- Perform basic lab tasks (3D printer) and support maintaining our inventory of supplies
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
What We’re Looking For
- Valid California RDA license or dental assisting experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset
