Controls Engineer
$120-140k base salary
Onsite in Phoenix, AZ or Wooster, OH
I’m currently supporting a US-based Food & beverage Manufacturing organization who are looking for an experienced Controls Engineer to join them on a full time basis at either their Phoenix, AZ or Wooster, OH locations.
This is a new role within the organization and will be working on controls and automation projects that are focused on installing new manufacturing systems and migrating existing systems to newer platforms. Other responsibilities include:
- Developing PLC programs for manufacturing process control systems
- Collaborating with external systems integrators and contractors as the technical representative for the business
Key Skills & Experience:
- Looking for 5-15 years experience operating as a Controls Engineering professional
- Hands-on experience developing, deploying and supporting control system software for equipment
- Controls Engineering skillset including PLCs, LadderLogic, Allen Bradley, RSLogix 500/5000
- Ideally have experience with automating processes – big drive internally on the automation side
- Experience working in the Food & Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods manufacturing industries is preferred
