Role Summary:
The CRM serves as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, quality control, sales of property enhancements, and overseeing the onboarding of new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality and address client concerns.
- Promote enhancement services to improve client properties.
- Lead new client onboarding and initial site evaluations.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to resolve service issues.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Ability to identify and resolve service issues effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
