Laborer

The position:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking laborer to join our team. As a laborer, you will assist with various tasks on job sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites and customers homes.
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil
- Assist with the installation of construction materials, such as pipes, concrete, and gravel.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. 
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license 
- Opportunity for advancement into plumbing apprenticeship
