Layla Emerson Custom Builders LLC is a renowned home remodeling company seeking a highly creative and strategic social media specialist to join our team. As a social media expert, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that showcases our work and drives engagement, ultimately leading to future sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Create high-quality, original content (posts, stories, reels, videos) that showcases our remodeling projects, highlighting design elements, craftsmanship, and transformations
- Capture and curate content from job sites, including photography and videography, to showcase our work in progress and completed projects
- Collaborate closely with our lead interior designer to develop a cohesive social media strategy and content plan that aligns with our brand and design aesthetic
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to track engagement and campaign success
- Utilize website design skills to maintain and update our company website (bonus if you have experience with website design!)
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
- Proven portfolio of previous social media work, showcasing creative and engaging content
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent content creation and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with our lead interior designer
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to job sites in the Medford, NJ area
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in architecture, design, or photography (Bonus)
- Experience with visual content creation (photography, videography, graphic design)
- Knowledge of design principles and aesthetics
- Familiarity with website design and development (WordPress, Wix, etc.)
- Social media coordination and marketing experience
- Ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies that drive engagement and sales
