Responsibilities:
- Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner, both in person and on the phone. An upbeat personality is a must
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Handle private information with confidentiality per HIPPA
- Work with pre-testing equipment, adjust and dispense glasses
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
