As a key member of our tech team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining audio-visual equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and leading a team of volunteers to achieve our goals. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new systems and processes, and to collaborate with other departments to create an exceptional worship experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of sound, lighting, and video equipment. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
