Floating Relationship Banker
Department: Branch Operations
Bank Operation Hours: M-Th 8:15-5:15, Friday 8:15-6:15, Saturday 8:15-1:15
Location: Operations Center (Lebanon, OH) Incumbent will travel to various branch locations throughout counties where LCNB has branches
Status: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt (differential pay rate offered for Floating RB responsibilities)
Position Purpose
Assists branch operations by reporting to various branch locations to work as Relationship Banker. Provides superior and quality service to our customers, while accurately and efficiently processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining and balancing cash drawer
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures
- Promote and advise on the bank’s products and services
- Keeping customers’ personal information confidential
- Identify referral opportunities and make relevant referrals
- Communicating with other team members and other areas of the bank
- Assist with the daily operations of the branch
- Will travel up to a 30-mile radius from home location

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)

Working Conditions
- Travel to and from assigned branch offices
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Occasionally move/traverse to access files and equipment
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a phone, calculator, copy machine, scanner and computer printer
- Ability to think, reason and communicate clearly
- The ability to observe and identify details at close range
- Occasionally moves coin bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
