Hours: Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM)

At LCP Transportation, we are dedicated to delivering respectful, timely, and safe non-emergency medical transportation to those who need it most. We are currently seeking highly patient and compassionate individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume call center environments to join our team as Call Center Representatives.
This role is vital in supporting members—many of whom face significant health and mobility challenges—by helping them access essential medical care. Your ability to listen with empathy, communicate clearly, follow state-mandated scripts and procedures, and maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure will make a direct impact on people’s lives every single day.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle High Call Volumes: Manage a steady stream of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a professional, caring tone at all times.

Follow Scripts & Standards: Adhere strictly to state guidelines, call scripts, and compliance protocols to ensure accurate and consistent service.

Provide Compassionate Assistance: Speak with care and patience to members who may be elderly, disabled, or dealing with health challenges.

Schedule Medical Trips: Accurately process trip requests and returns within the system and working with Vendors

Resolve Issues with Empathy: De-escalate concerns calmly and effectively, and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Will Have:

1–2 years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service setting.

Exceptional listening and verbal communication skills.

A natural ability to show empathy and patience, even in stressful situations.

Comfort with technology and proficiency in Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office.

A high school diploma or GED (required).

The ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
