Position Summary
The On-Site Resident Services Coordinator will work in collaboration with the Resident Services Manager and the designated Asset Manager to assess residents’ needs.

- Assist in the development and implantation of specific programming at a assigned properties.
- Oversee and service as a liaison to outside vendors regarding residents at designated properties.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with residents, reporting upward needs for changing new program implementation.
- Collaborate with the Resident Services Director on the creation of program budgeting.
- Coordinate supplies needed for program events.
- Act a liaison with outside vendors and community partners.
- Entry-level relevant experience in Social Services, Social Work, or Education preferred.
- Detail-oriented and good organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge with MS Excel, MS Word, and Apricot Systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work.
- Ability to utilize resources effectively.
- Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking), strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Self-directed and takes initiative.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Ability to travel to anywhere from 1 to 3 properties a day.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to complete assignments, find what needs to be done, and get help when needed.
- Basic mediation skills including listening, seeking common ground, and acknowledging difference.
- Valid driver's license, positive driving history, and own reliable transportation.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Walking up and down stairs.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time.
